i didn’t wanna run today but here we are…

hiii bbs! today was one of those days where i had zero motivation to run. but we’re in this together, right? so, I decided to film the whole process of dragging myself out and doing the thing to hopefully motivate you to go out there and do it too. i felt like sharing some thoughts and things i’ve been going through.
