My PD went from federal signal 480k sirens and when they stopped making them they went to the whelen Alt tones just like on this car and now unfortunately it’s just regular whelen tones which makes me sad! I think the whelen alt tones have such a distinct and Police sounding tone and I am glad to see Portland is using it!
