Yes there are. Soulless and mediocre are just two of them. It's like listening to someone playing the piano with a hammer. Hitting all the right keys but at the end of the day it's still a hammer.

Every time these shorts come up I turn off recommendations but every now and then someone else with the musicality of a brick reposts one of his clips.
