Robbie grew up in a poor background with his parents and 3 brothers who loved football. Fast forward to now, Robbie owns AFTV and DR sports, two media brands that have over nearly 2M subscribers, over 3.5B views on RUclips and are multi-million dollar businesses. In this episode, Robbie reveals the TRUTH about building AFTV in a way that he has never done before

As a regular watcher of aftv from day, as well as a fan of crucial Robbie and aware of things that happened to some of your music counterparts that made bad decisions this has really inspired me. I find it funny how talksport are now doing fan interviews outside stadiums after slating aftv😂

Robbie will forever be the pioneer. Mark is big now but he had a template set by Robbie. He’s made a few tweaks and he’s where he’s at. Remember United stand has grown much during this era of adversity. Channels grow during bad times. Growth slants when they begin to win things .

For that, I have to pay tax. I accept it. In return I look after people i take care of the vulnerable.
That's my profession.
However, recently the government has not been holding its end of the bargain. Our tax money is being wasted and public services are failing.
That's the issue.
Without Robbie… there’s no successful fan channels. Yes AFTV reached new heights during the banter era, but it opened the door for multiple people to make a living and evolve. It also gave the fans a voice and it still does today. People only dislike it because it doesn’t benefit them themselves.

A number of those members are from North London. Hell, name a club from darn near anywhere in the world and there's a good chance they have a supporter's club in Chicago and that's just one city.
I’ve seen Robbie,Troopz and other AFTV personalities in the US while Arsenal is on tour. They are minor celebrities amongst Arsenal fans in America. AFTV, Arseblog, AVP all helping take the Arsenal fan community global.

Don Robbie made a whole new aspect to sports media, cut the legacy media out completely, and they hated him for it. Robbie's success is entirely of his own making, and he deserves every penny he makes.

20 mins in and my respect for Robbie has increased a lot. Something about being raised by good, loving, strict parents that is such a blessing!
One of the issues raised for me is the way people complain there are not enough positive role models promoted in the MSM and when there is a wonderful shining example like Robbie the MSM are quick to try and tear them down. The Main Stream Media is slowly dying thanks to the bravery and hard work of people like Robbie.

Having the famous Don Robbie on here is awesome. Also, when Don Robbie started AFTV, a top RUclips executive told him it wouldn't work. Don Robbie kept his dream flowing with his desire to make AFTV a success and later down the road, the RUclips executive contacted Don Robbie to apologise for getting it totally wrong.
I met Robbie outside the Emirates in 2018 after following him on RUclips from Australia since around 2013, not quite from the start but very early on when it was just him on camera. He has come a long way and I am so happy for him and his family. Keep it up, you are a huge role model for me.
Got a lot of time for Robbie. He opened the doors for us fans to get creative with our own content based on the beautiful game. These clubs have made billions out of us fans for all of these years, so why can’t fans earn a living off the clubs.

I'm not a football follower, Robbie but my brother in law, Daniel Ossei-Nyinaku who coaches Dulwich Village youth teams for many years, is an avid listener of AFTv and the Callum Johnson show. I was riveted. You both are special and clearly protected by the Most High through such loving, generous parents. Thank you for such a frank and open conversation. We are here, in the UK, for a reason. When that time comes, we will see God work in a big way!
As a Newcastle fan, I've always liked Robbie. He's the reason why I enjoy watching AFTV. He calls a spade a spade in regarding Arsenal and love his stone face when interviewing fellow fans who are clearly talking dribble.

I remember hearing something when I was very young. ‘Nobody wants to see you do better than them’. If you’re doing well in an area others aren’t, they will be envious of it, and be wanting to see you fail. That includes some you believe to be friends and even family. Being aware of this is very very important.

Crucial Robbie, if you know you know. BBC 3 counties radio back in the day was a must listen to when Robbie's show was on. Aunts, uncles and cousins over, Crucial Robbie on the radio and a takeaway, good memories. Proud to be black was also a big tune back then. Me and my friend used to sing it on the way to school

Give the man his flowers. People hate on this guy but he’s created an entire market for fan led media. These personalities you see now on RUclips, he opened the doors for all of them to earn a living by covering the clubs they love. The ironic thing is that RUclips is now a massive platform for the mainstream media and the lines have been blurred with so many ex players and pundits creating content with these guys!

I've watched AFTV since 2013. Even during the worst of Arsenal's times I have been watching, and yes I did hate some of the regulars that appeared on AFTV but let me tell you this - Robbie has given so many fans a platform to speak.
