That first Bo3, damn, that is some defense worthy of the nickname "Shield of Auir".
After Stats's "Happy to be here" performance at Katowice (meaning, its great that he qualified, but nobody realistically expected him to do well, and he didn't), I kind of thought he might be over the hill. But, it's cool to see that he's actually getting back into form, and actually becoming a major threat for the first time since the Pandemic. Hope he keeps it up, Protoss needs all the help it can get (Come back to us Zest).

Sadly, protoss don't have mouths, so the culinary benefits are lost on them.
I gotta say, I do like the back to back style. It also works as an anti-spoiler timer, which is pretty cool.
And two best-of-3 series are comparable in length to one best-of-7. Watching the same two players face off half a dozen games in a row is common.
I really like this but unfortunately can only like the video once.
game 1's hold smh........ how perfect can one toss micro, overcharge keeps adept alive, instant replacement pylon, doesn't make a probe until he gets the immortal, immortal blocks with only one second to spare and targets every baneling, chrono boosts probes while mineral walking in the middle of the fight...... Stats has as always will be my favorite protoss, nobody holds that but he tries to show us how
That game 2, beautiful. Shin streaming zerg at him all game, and Stats uses a single blow to shatter the Zerg's back.

Holy hell that whole first series was amazing. Stats really living up to his name. I can't think of another player of any race, except maybe Serral, who could have come back from those kind of blows.
Oooo haven't seen Stats in a while, the most memorable moment was Lowko's Death Fleet vs Golden Armada video from 6 years ago

Between Katowice and GSL season 1 (and all the other tourneys) the games are looking better than ever. And with Stats getting back to great form, there is more than her0 as a great Protoss player on LAN tourneys.

That first game build out of SHIN looks like a diamond could execute it and only a high GM can hold it on a good day. That map might be broken.
Some of the new maps are horribly imba lol. I like the experimental ideas and testing new concepts and all, but they usually lead to exploits or meme cheese plays. At least we get good videos out of them. It's a buffet for harstem and uthermal and the like.

Honestly, as long as you're showing good games for the fans, I'll watch every single one of them! I struggle most days to find the time to watch every game all in a row (I usually watch on the bus), but I say the more the merrier!

That first game was an excellent cheese followed up by terrible execution. 2:20 Spending 5 Banelings to not even kill an Adept🤦♂And the ovies... Great D by Stats though.

Do you know if Zest is coming out of the military soon and if he’s coming back?
Zest has said he's not coming back but a lot of players say they're not coming back and then change their mind and come back anyway lol. So there's always a chance.

Multiple series is great; I'll watch through both.
Cool to see it being the same players facing off twice, but if that's rare, even watching one player back to back (against different opponents) is cool. Maybe as they go through the bracket in a tournament.
I also like the anti-spoiler time length aspect as another commenter pointed out.
That game 1 was something else. The shield of Aiur is back baby!

That said, I watch every one of your SC2 videos; sometimes twice because the RUclips algorithm says I didn't watch them (even though I definitely did). RUclips algorithm can suck it.

Step 1: close sc2
Step 2: open starcraft broodwar
Step 3: Play a game and choose Protoss
Step 4: Profit
Imagine having dragoons and reavers in sc2
Stats is my new favourite protoss.
I watch all your videos unti the end...but the longer ones I watch in multiple sessions...it's not easy to be watching 2 hours of starcraft in a row...but I loved every single game you casted in the last year (probably longer, but it's hard to remember)

I like the multiple series approach. Also enjoy the slightly ‘lower’ level pro players that have more unique but less perfect styles.
Personally I much prefer longer videos, and I always watch the whole thing.
