Woah, I never realized the Northeast was this beautiful and quiet. I lived in the Far East side, where there’s tons of traffic. Whenever I move back, I might check out the northeast.
Recently moved to the Far East side and honestly, I kind of miss the NE side. Particularly when you're closer to the mountains. There was plenty to do, and far, far less traffic than Far East or the East side.
@@michaelhugheselpasorealtor3531 Yo! Glad you're doing great my friend. We left the springs a few years back, too cold. Settling in to space coast Florida now! 😎 You could make a killing out here in real estate it's wild!
Rent in the northeast has gone up more than 40% while the wages here are often as low as $10/hr. El Paso needs a Vacancy Tax and more STR Regulations. And definitely less 'investors' buying up our housing for quick profit.
As an El Paso native having lived in Northeast most of my life and now in centra I would personally say living in central will probably be your best bet. There are nice homes and a historic district as well. With that being said, there are a lot of old homes that need updating and fixing. University Medical Center, Texas tech are located close by along with other hospitals such as Sierra Medical and Providence Hospital. A lot of outpatient clinics and rehabs are also located in the central area or are very easily accessible from central.
I recently bought 5 acres in the East side, in the desert, South of Hueco Tanks. Can't wait to retire there!!
Good job Brother, and Thank you for Serving...

Northeast is great depending on what part. The 79934 is a great zip code for sure.
Might be moving out there next year. Thanks for the videos, man!
No problem! Thank you for following me on Instagram as well!
Great Video Michael! I like the NE and definitely feel it is undervalued part of the city.
Thank you, I completely agree! I love that area

What is the best area to live in for medical health

How was the healthcare? hospitals, specialist, Urgent care centers clinic, doctors.
Construction is ruining the desert spaces. Greed will ruin El Paso.
