Seems this video focused on the Shops’ restaurants. Best happy hour in town is at Monkeypod and the wood fired pizza is the best on the island.

Ruth's Chris is awesome, however, on the Upper End of the price range... so be prepared to fork out a good bit of your wallet for a meal.
