    The audio for this song was recorded on a Webster-Chicago wire recorder, manufactured in 1937.
    "I See Jesus Comin' Down the Road" is the first single from the double album "The Complete Recordings of Hezekiah Procter (1925-1930)", in which Li'l Andy imagines the songs and life of a fictional country singer Hezekiah Procter, a medicine show entertainer from the vaudeville era.

    Great bluegrass and😂and I thought I had tired of it. What is that strange instrument with the strings and horn? I loved it. Available on AMAZON?

      The strange instrument is a Stroh violin, an early attempt to make the violin audible in ensembles.
