Very nice, T-BOX! Pork from Kumamoto! I used to live in Fukuoka and sometimes had pork from there. Had some good curry katsu here in Bucharest, Romania in a Japanese restaurant the other day. The chef, a woman, and the cooks are all Japanese, genuine food. But your katsu looks way better :-) Kanpai and arigato!
