As a fellow neurodivergent i can fully agree with Elon Musk. Too few sleep makes you inefficient and is counterproductive. To be mentally stable i found that i also need 6.5-7 hours of sleep. I was studying for a calculus test with my friend a quarter or two ago and it was around 11:00 (test was the next day). Nothing was making any sense. I still prefer the 6 hours of sleep and it may sound strange but sometimes I feel tired and it makes it easier for me to concentrate because I can't focus on anything else.
