Shamcey is not just an architect, she was the top 1 examinee in her time during the licensure exam for architecture.
Shamcey's definitely not just an ordinary architect. I love how she incorporate her personal likes and standards without dragging down the developers/ builder. HUHU I love her. Such a great presentation. Another Jake and Shamcey house tour please
My husband and I love to watch realty and property videos. Jake is the best presentor so far. He is the first vlogger that my husband admired and appreciated. We love how informative all the videos that he had. A comment like "this guy is really equipped with knowledge and infos we need to understand more about the property" from my husband is a big yes. For me Jake is more than ready to collab with anybody in his videos.
Miss Shamcey did great in her part and I admired her more with the bright ideas she had shared within the whole video. I honestly love the idea and craft of this builder from Excalibur. Bravo to all of you guys! Sending my regards to all of you and congratulations!! ❤❤❤

A good insights and collabs from Ar. Shamcey, MetroGuide and Excalibur. Kudos to the Architect/builder for the job well done on the renovation. The only thing I disagree tho with what Ms Shamcey admire is the walk-in closet inside a bathroom. IMO, it should be separated. Overall, it was worth watching.👌

What a home! Beautiful.
I think the bio wood would be less noticeable if it was painted white and the house have been furnished with some paintings or other decorations. It's not an eyesore. I would not remove it for structural reasons because the 2nd story is massive so you need a major beams on holding the second floor. Given all the earthquakes in the Philippines I would keep it as is. The only thing I would have done is perhaps put rounded columns across instead of square. But that's preferential. All in all a gorgeous house. I can't wait to see it when it's interior designed. I would suggest with all the extra rooms in the second floor. You can add a man cave with a billiard/ dart room area.

The main pillar with the current space and openness is okay to give a break impression especially the wood becomes an accent piece.
In other countries they have a space called mud space. In Japan a small foyer is for shoes & coats. Etc.
Kailangan tlga rin dapat may colab sa mga architect or interior designer para ma explain ang design ng bahay
The entrance need amuch bigger and taller vases to match the look of the entrance
Maganda maaliwalas ang bahay pero 2021 dina raw uso ang accent walls and appliances over the kitchen or the range. Pero in fairness very spacious, with pool is very inviting. Love it. 👍🙋♀️🤝♥️💋💐🌹🌺🌷

The after renovation very maaliwalas at mas nagmukha shang spacious very nice ! How I wish I can afford this kind of house !
26:00 you cannot place a hot pan on top of a quartz countertop. You will definitely ruin the surface. Granite or honed marble are better countertop choices.
55:00 but it’s waaaay better if we have an option to separate the walk-in closet from the t&b coz of the moisture nga. The moulds might grow on clothes and your bags and shoes.

My only minute issue is the height of the gate.. quite low. Alam mo naman sa Pinas grabehan ang mga akyat bahay gangs.
But this is Ayala Alabang, one of the most secure exclusive subdivisions in the country. You can even opt not to put a gate and perimeter fence.

yes there are a lot of things to consider during renovations unlike if you demolished the existing structure and start from scratch
