I adore this home! Took a step back from the ultra-modern facades and features.I love the spanish-modern theme. I thought this tour was going to be boring, but i finished 2 hours full of inspiration!!!
Well, definitely a gorgeous house! Love the ambience and the open concept features of the home. The use of wood provides class and warmth. The retractable and "invisible" window coverings is perfect for the home. Also, I love the sunken formal dining area and the cozy eat-in nook by the kitchen. The kitchen backsplash I probably would change to a solid light colour and will get rid of the kitchen flooring details, no partition detail because it just looks busy for me. So far this is where I'll stop because I didn't realize the video is way too long.
I like how Megan and Mikael make this house tour lively. Their own opinion and idea for this house is so good, I like the way how Megan and Mikael visualize the things they want for this house ❤️. Fairy Tail fan here ✋. I also want to mention the way Jake explain every details of this house is really good.

Jake was a little bit stiff on this video but mikael and megan were helping him loosen up, given that they are so used to being infront of the camera. mikael's attention to details is remarkable. Dami nya napapansin. I can see his eyes wandering around, napakalikot! Mikael and megan's perspectives are from real and practical people looking for a brand new house to build. Mikael and megan gave this review a little extra excitement. Jake is a great host by allowing his guests to share their thoughts about the house freely. My husband and I are just watching the vlog but could not wait to comment because Jake seemed uneasy while Mikael and Megan are simply being cool and casual. We understand that Jake is very professional with his house tours but we somehow wish that he could loosen up a bit especially when there are guests so it doesn’t feel awkward but rather more engaging and honest in expressing your perspective about the house. Wow, this house is so beautiful! Beautiful couple M & M. If I have a chance I will make a house tour sa bahay ng sister in-law ko, puro kahoy at di basta basta, cedar woods, cherry etc. Kami ng asawa ko nagpa gawa dahil wla sla, that was 24 yrs ago. Until now, pag nasa loob ka ng bahay, sobrang bango ng cedar woods, grabe!
This house tour is really special and is definitely on of the top shelf house tours I've seen so far. I'm an ultra modern design house fan, but this Spanish-Modern house design swept me away. Excalibur Builders did an outstanding job building the house according to what the owners wanted. I've been a fan of Machuca Tiles which goes very well with the Spanish Modern theme of the house. The bio wood ceiling, the staircase and balcony railings go so nice with the overall feel of the house, not to mention the clay roof tiles just completes what the house is basically shouting what it is all about. Megan and Mikael made the house tour collab so full of energy and Jake as usual did a great job with touring them both. Jake did his homework really well and I think that means a lot when touring people in a home like this., keeping us all informed about every part of the house, the owner and the builder. Another thing that I also liked and is also a fan of are subway tiles. There's so much character to it that you can use it as your bathroom tiles or a backsplash to your kitchen. Subway tiles are so simple but if you put it in the right places, they bring out a certain "wow" factor that (maybe it's just me) you may never have though it would work so great placing them there. Kudos to everyone who are behind this production, I enjoyed every bit of this very special house tour. God bless and more power to you guys! 😊

i love the wide gate or driveway/garage area and the entrance door wide maganda hindi ka mababangga lalo na mga big persons, kasi regular door 36inches wide lang and yong garage area tama lang mabuksan car door mo otherwise it will bump to the other parked car if its double car garage.. tama din sabi ni mikael wide area nga ang driveway to the garage and the entrance door, same kami ng likes. yong looks like spacious areas ng living room,pag nilagyan mo na yan ng mga malalaking couches magiging maliit na siya na halos wala ka ng madaanan but this one looks ok naman. and i like that sliding window glass facing the swimming pool yata yon, yes tama say ni megan when u like ice coffee mag order ka na lang from outside the pool to the kitchen area na yon. problem lang sa high ceiling and that glass window is u have to make that glass clean lalo na sa labas sa alikabok madaling sumagap ng dusts. the builders shld provide the extension wand to reach that high glass window. maganda yong kitchen kasi meron 2 long working kitchen tables good for visitors to eat their and good for party or preparing foods for party, spacious siya love that, i enjoyed watching this house tour coz of the interesting guests sila megan young and mikael daez expressive ang comments nila.

They're Mikael & Megan are great hosts. I wonder how are you gonna clean this kind of a big place, Mikael, Megan? I love the tiling too & high ceilings, swimming pool, etc.... The laundromat area how will you protect the washing machines, & dryers when it rains if there's a typhoon huh? I wanna keep washers, & dryers inside the house, etc..... Thank you take care.

Wow, this house is so beautiful! Beautiful couple M & M. If I have a chance I will make a house tour sa bahay ng sister in-law ko, puro kahoy at di basta basta, cedar woods, cherry etc. Kami ng asawa ko nagpa gawa dahil wla sla, that was 24 yrs ago. Until now, pag nasa loob ka ng bahay, sobrang bango ng cedar woods, grabe!

This house tour is really special and is definitely on of the top shelf house tours I've seen so far. I'm an ultra modern design house fan, but this Spanish-Modern house design swept me away. Excalibur Builders did an outstanding job building the house according to what the owners wanted. I've been a fan of Machuca Tiles which goes very well with the Spanish Modern theme of the house. The bio wood ceiling, the staircase and balcony railings go so nice with the overall feel of the house, not to mention the clay roof tiles just completes what the house is basically shouting what it is all about. Megan and Mikael made the house tour collab so full of energy and Jake as usual did a great job with touring them both. Jake did his homework really well and I think that means a lot when touring people in a home like this., keeping us all informed about every part of the house, the owner and the builder. Another thing that I also liked and is also a fan of are subway tiles. There's so much character to it that you can use it as your bathroom tiles or a backsplash to your kitchen. Subway tiles are so simple but if you put it in the right places, they bring out a certain "wow" factor that (maybe it's just me) you may never have though it would work so great placing them there. Kudos to everyone who are behind this production, I enjoyed every bit of this very special house tour. God bless and more power to you guys! 😊

i love the wide gate or driveway/garage area and the entrance door wide maganda hindi ka mababangga lalo na mga big persons, kasi regular door 36inches wide lang and yong garage area tama lang mabuksan car door mo otherwise it will bump to the other parked car if its double car garage.. tama din sabi ni mikael wide area nga ang driveway to the garage and the entrance door, same kami ng likes. yong looks like spacious areas ng living room,pag nilagyan mo na yan ng mga malalaking couches magiging maliit na siya na halos wala ka ng madaanan but this one looks ok naman. and i like that sliding window glass facing the swimming pool yata yon, yes tama say ni megan when u like ice coffee mag order ka na lang from outside the pool to the kitchen area na yon. problem lang sa high ceiling and that glass window is u have to make that glass clean lalo na sa labas sa alikabok madaling sumagap ng dusts. the builders shld provide the extension wand to reach that high glass window. maganda yong kitchen kasi meron 2 long working kitchen tables good for visitors to eat their and good for party or preparing foods for party, spacious siya love that, i enjoyed watching this house tour coz of the interesting guests sila megan young and mikael daez expressive ang comments nila.

im very particular about how the residents and guests enter the house. what i love about Japanese homes is the genkan. very functional and very anti-covid. i dont know why house designers here dont include this in their designs.
