The sad thing is this happens often. And even if a judge was to hear this. The courts will still make him pay child support. This is all facts. And the sad thing is these females are never ever responsible for their irresponsible actions!
The court has always favored women, which is just awful. When my parents were divorced, I ended up with my mom. She was narcissistic and always had alcoholic boyfriends. The only time I was happy was at school or when I was with my dad.

This is what men need the legal right to opt out of fatherhood. We have no say when it comes to a woman having a child or aborting our child while women have all the rights to decide if the man is going to a father or not and the only right a man has is to pay child support. Men should be allowed to opt out of legal and financial obligations. Women have been trapping men like this for the longest time and it’s time we say enough is enough. You decide you are going to get pregnant and the guy doesn’t you should be teapot on your own without the help of welfare or the man who you trapped into getting you pregnant.
