Ma'am My mother is recently diagnosed with MS and she is having severe headache from last 4-5 days. She is admitted in hospital but doctors said that it's normal to have headache and gave her painkillers. Please help us with alternative measure. I can't see her pain.
Spinal tap would be required then to see if the blood brain/spinal fluid barrier was breached. Hopefully by now you've found answers. Took me 10 long years of suffering.

Do you have to have lesions on your brain and spinal cord to be diagnosed with MS?
