-----Etnies Veer-----I know they probably pretty similar to the Maranas and the Joslins but would love to know what you think about the Veers. I do love Etnie's but didn't sadly got the Joslin 2s to skate just haven't seen them on sale. My point is you can get the Veers for much less but for me they don't really skate worse just a lil different.

Not sure if you noticed Christian but the Joslin 2s have hidden lace loops inside the shoe so all the laces get protection.

the one down side to the joslin 2 when i skated them was the ankle support, it was horrible i was constantly rolling an ankle with those shoes how ever when i skated vans i never rolled my ankle *knock on wood*

Dude you have to do the adidas Busenitz vulc 2 they skate sooo well and lasted me 6 months. The laces ripped pretty quickly but thats mostly due to me trying to learn heelflips.

i commented on the original converse hi top review that ive been skating them and i had the same pair of non pro skate from that video til like a week ago, and i the shoes i started to skate last week just happen to be the regular white converse low tops you can get at most stores, i just shoe goo it up and skate my hardest

Just subscribed, I am skating the Gilbert crockett 2 at the moment, it seems like I'm going through the sole a bit faster than my last pair of vans, I just got done skating the rowan, and that one lasted me a couple months, I'm almost through the sole on my left shoe's big toe area, and even closer to ripping through the sole under the ball of my right foot's shoe, but the uppers still look great considering how much I abused them, haha. I actually wore the rowans yesterday, I decided to use them as rain shoes until I rip through em, haha. They work great with my rain board, haha. But yeah, the Gilbert Crockett's are doing alright so far as well, so I'm pretty into the vans pro's.... Any other vulc shoe's that anyone would recommend that have something comparable to the vans duracap, with comparable grip, board feel, and all around durability would be appreciated.... Haha.

The Joslin 2 look so awesome like a throwback to when I was a kid and éS Accels were the most popular skate shoes all before Nike came into the picture and completely took over the skate shoe then once the janoskis blew up every single skate shoe made were all vulcanized copycats of them. It seems like it’s changing nowadays with Joslin and other pros making way more technical looking shoes rather than just having a vulc shoe with a slightly different upper than janoskis. The age of 95% skate shoes being the same is finally over!
June Saito should try and round up all the super tech wizard god skaters like Rodney Mullen, Daewon Song, Chris Haslam, etc. and make a Cheese vs. Crackers Round 4 sequel to Almost Round 3 and Cheese & Crackers. It would be the most amazing super crazy tech ever!

I’ll give you my irrelevant opinion, worst shoe I have every skated. Sure they’re good at the start but a week in 3 holes and the suede was so smooth I couldn’t get any grip so I couldn’t do anything

I wanted the joslin 2s to skate but vans keep having sales on and I cop a pair of them for like 40. I have like 2 sets of shoes to skate and as it's winter and indoor parks aren't an option it's going to be ages till I get to try them.
