We have something similar to little libraries where I live. They are old, discontinued phonebooths with a bookshelf built inside. People can bring books, take books, whatever. I always pick up some history novels for my grandma if I can find any.

Jane Eyre is a bit more accessible than Wuthering Heights IMO. Wuthering Heights starts off really, really slow, but then picks up and is heartbreaking and an excellent portrait of toxic love. Jane Eyre has more spooky/gothic vibes and has a bit of a slower part towards the end, but is really worth it and it really digs deep into Jane's psychology, thoughts and struggles. Both are really excellent books.
Honestly, I'm pretty tired of trying to figure out if books or good or bad or why they are either way or both or whatever. I just want to get back to ENJOYING books and having fun with them! Not every book was written to have a serious discussion about, you know? I'm so glad you enjoyed that romance!
