    Even though you are looking for under 100 ppm "technicly," you should be striving to get as close to 0 ppm as possible. 0-50 would be more like it.
    90ppm is just to close to 100. when you are at 90ppm, it wont take much to creep over 100ppm after you leave.
    I didn't see in your video if you clocked the gas meter input?
    Checking pressure is good but you can still have an over gas situation with good pressures.
    Also recheck the orfice sizes, i have found that some units are shipped from the factory with the wrong size orifices and never is cought until the input is checked. Set per code to derate no more then 2% under the rating plate input.
