Bro..as u told that myolema cells lack HGPRT enzyme ..so it's loss it function and it is in inactive form...but in case of cancer how it grows repeatedly to form tumour...so as u told it lacks HGPRT so how it proliferates...there..and why we have medications to treat cancer completely ?

Because myeloma can operate de novo pathway in our body.. in HAT media de novo is blocked by aminopterin
