I love that it has an EVF. Hate that there is no IBIS. That doesn't matter so much for photography, but impacts video. Even so, it is a very underrated camera that can produce great results.
I love the fact that you mentioned that the camera has to feel right. Absolutely bottom line for me. Just ordered one of these G 100’s because I don’t really like the feel of the G7 that I bought.
They are not as good as full frame and APS-C cameras, but their new "light addition" feature makes for pretty impressive results. I'll let you know for sure when I have one to test some astrophotography with!
The latest release of the OM-1 has new technology for great low-light performance, particularly for astrophotography and light painting. I'm hoping to get my hands on one soon to find out in a real-world test!

Joe I’ve always been under the impression that micro 4 thirds cameras have trouble with low light performance at night. Has this changed?

I use the OM1 and can attest that it's great for low light, but it does require you to work more than full frame to get the same results.

Me too, same problem. No problem with my GX9 and TZ202. But with the G100, it won't connect.
