Whether they actually rework and improve enhancement will determine if I play this expansion. Been burned too much in the past please let it be a meta spec both for pve and pvp FOR ONCE.

Is tempest target capped, and how does the AOE feel with this build compared to everyone else. We still gonna do 100dps in 32mob packs?

it's not target capped! So it's very fun in dungeons, RNG though so sometimes shit dies before you get it off & sometimes you manage to smack down 3-4 of em & then we're cooking!

I'll be honest. If they do not have something tomorrow im just gonna accept that they are not going to do anything and put myself out of my misery. The tier set is awesome though. Certainly more interesting that everyone else from what i remember.
