    I just saw Depeche Mode last night in Seattle WA for this first time in my life. It was the best show I have ever seen. Martin Gores guitar playing and sound was so incredible. He had a different tone for each song. Now I know how he did it with out pedals. Thank you so much for doing this bts interview. Truly inspiring.

    Jez worked with the Mission - then the Sisters Of Mecy - then Depeche. He may have worked with the SOM pre-Mission too. Back in the early Mission days he was quite the celeb! Nice guy.

    Does anyone know if Martin has flat or round wounds on his lime green Gretsch?

    • @joshua0226
      @joshua0226 4 года назад +1

      If I had to guess, flat wounds .
      Could be round with some tone rolled off. But I usually don’t hear any sliding and it’s a rather warm organic gretsch sound

    I’m guessing that star guitar was removed when Gary Glitter was convicted?

      @@dadasha, nah. Most of us don't speak that way. It annoys the hell out of me!

      @rbrtck 2 года назад

      @@Dr.Jekyll Same here. I think in the US some people learn it in school and can't stop talking like that, but it's not a typical way for Americans to speak at all.
