When you take out the carpet, the sides of the carpet are under the trim at each wall. Do you need to install the vinyl so it extends under the trim?

Isn't there supposed to be a small gap for expansion? It looks like you're installing the flooring right up against walls and cabinets. Is it the camera angle, am I (and Google) mistaken about the gap, or am I missing something?

Great video content! Very entertaining! I’m looking to get into this type of work for some side income. (Weekend gifs if possible?) Do you have any recommendations on how I should start or where I should look? I have laid some vinyl plank flooring and done carpet installations before but only for family remodels. Any directions helps! Keep up the great videos!

If u are planning in using your skills in order to get some side income you have to see first whether you can handle a gig by your self or not if not you will be considered a helper, if u can handle the most intricate cuts by yourself you are a pro installer. Mainly most of this is common sense but there are many tricks to the trade that make you so much faster and that will only come with experience. So basically if u are not very experienced or have a professional friend to give u advice do not even try to do jobs ur self if its not ur own house or family house
