I can never get over Camper. When I look at his cute face knowing you found his abandoned in a desert, and now he lives this awesome life. It just warms my heart.🥰
Hey Nikki!! Love's fuel hauler here ... fyi, we do treat the diesel in cold-weather locations when we drop fuel, so you may not need to add additional anti-gel. We add different amounts to the underground tanks depending on weather. Ask at the diesel desk if their fuel is treated at a given location, and they should be able to tell you!! Just to be on the safe side, you might ask for a second opinion with your diesel servicer, as I am no expert on Sprinter maintenance and I wouldn't want to steer you wrong! PS -- Love's feels like home to me too, lol, I am always staying at one of our stores when I'm on the road, which is most of the time!!
I have the Camper Cares T-shirt, and I love it. People ask me about it and I share your story about traveling, adopting Camper and Rodney and the $$ you generate from sales go to homeless dog shelters and that you also use your own funds to buy food for them and provide vet treatment. You are an angel. Bless you, keep up the good work ❤
Thanks for the wonderfull year you all gave us, and thanks for all the animals you help, have a beautyfull end year and a wonderfull new year Nikki !!!
I cannot get over how incredibly sweet your dogs are. Every video, reminds me of when you first had them, especially Camper. That boy just came out of nowhere and found you and there was no turning back and he is the goodest, most wonderful boy. Rodney on the dashboard and all curled up like a donut is beyond. I just love them. Great video Nicki! I hope you had a wonderful time with your family.
Oh my G!!! My 21 year old nephew loved his Camper poncho/banket/shelter...He wore it all of Christmas Eve X0) I told him I keep mine in my car for extra comfort if I'm ever in need. Love you guys!!!
I love being with my family and I love seeing you with yours. Family =happiness. See you with your baby niece makes me think you will be a great mom one day. Be happy and safe travels. Till next week
Stumbled across you about a year ago. Find myself coming back to watch more. You are very pleasant to follow and damn likable. At the opening of this one, you saw a lady with her own van and you said she looks happy and then said you hope she is. That spoke volumes about you. You want people to be happy. I have also noticed how quickly you hook up with folks and they you. That is a sign of a loving person. I have no doubt that lady was happy, and I hope you are as well. I love our doggies and have one of my own I would die for. We have traveled much and camped out of my large SUV. When we get a hotel room, I get two beds. He loves his own and I throw down his favorite blanket on his bed and he lands there from arrival to check out. Leaving only to eat and go outside. BTW, you said you back into parking spaces for safety. I agree, better than heading in but really, if someone parks their vehicle in front of your bumper, you are stuck. Might be false security. That said, might try your best to allow a quick back up (even over a curb) to get away that way. Sometimes we just have to rely on a higher power to watch over us. Thanks for taking me along with your travels.
Quick tip for dog clean ups.... a spray bottle or soak a cloth in water with a tablespoon of white vinegar. It's an amazing quick clean up, it doesn't require rinsing, and it's great for their coats! :)
I use spray bottle as well. My van is very small no build, so no running water or huge water jugs. I came up with that spray bottle idea and very happy.
Gotta love Loves! I’ve spent many a night camping there! And I’ve recently started staying at rest areas too. I like snuggling my RV in between a couple of semis.
Have you thought about getting a little parcel of land somewhere that you like, and putting a small prefab cabin on it that you could turn into a comfortable 'tiny house', so you can have somewhere to go and unwind, clear out the cobwebs, and then hit the road again?
I think it's great to document a road trip. I started driving a semi 31 years ago. Have close to 4 million miles driving. I spend an average of 250-300 days a year living in this truck. And yes, a lot of them was and is time spent a truck stops, rest areas, shippers and consignee. People may not like the semi's out here going up and down the highway because it blocks their view. These semi's haul the clothes you wear, food you eat, road you drive on, what you drive, your stuff you have in your place where you live, the building you live in. So let's not be hypocritical about these men and women driving these trucks. If all the semi's were to shut down, stores would be empty in about two weeks. So be kind to the drivers out here sacrificing time away from home to keep this economy going. Thank you
It is already happening. Most businesses no longer allow overnight parking, and paid sites have raised prices exponentially due to the cost of paying people to clean up. It’s a damn shame. I wish they would just increase fines for littering so there was a financial deterrent to make people stop. Apparently reminding people of the impacts of their trash does not work. Perhaps hefty fines would better serve to discourage their dumping. 😡
Thank you Nikki for a year of wonderful videos!! You're just an awesome beautiful young lady!! All the things you do for animal shelters and rescues is definitely to be admired!! Good luck in the upcoming new year!! You're going to hit that 1 million subscribers mark very soon!! As always be safe and have a great day !!
Just carry a spray bottle with water and few drops of soap there to clean your dog. My corgi does not rub himself into stinky stuff but his butt is often poopy and I have to clean his butt often while on the road. Spray bottle works so well and no need for a lot of water. Little goes a long way.
I know what that feels like. I drove my granddaughter from California to Missouri in 2 days and 4 hours. Also sleeping at truck stops. I’m thankful the truck stops are there but not my favorite. I would love to run into you and say Hi! Safe travels.
I tried a truck stop in California and they fenced it off, trucks only no vans allowed 😮😢. I parked in the motel parking lot and didn’t get bothered. But no shower…California is difficult for van life now
Hey Nicki. Since you are in Colorado you should travel highway 24 East to Colorado Springs. 11 mile Reservoir is where I lived around for 6 years. My family owned the General Store in Lake George, Colorado. It’s beautiful there. There’s Eleven Mile Canyon, and if you go further East on 24 it leads to the turnoff for Cripple Creek. 😊😊😊😊
To fill your DEF at the truck pump is cheaper than in a container plus you don't have to store it. A tankful DEF in my sprinter last probably more than 800 miles plus you will get a low warning way before becomes an issue, this is not like fuel running out. Happy Sprintering. George
4:59 - DEF at the pump is MUCH cheaper, compared to the jug, especially brand name DEF. If you do want to carry an extra jug, WalMart's SuperTech is generally the cheapest at $3.70'ish a gallon.
I was going to say the same thing but you beat me to it! Agree 100%. I always get my DEF at the pump. MUCH cheaper and you only get what you need. Also less messy to put in and no trash.
Usually the $10 fee is not for water, it's for the dump station. Every Love's I've been to from Tennessee to Michigan is free for the water. The attendant may have misunderstood your request. As a fellow boondocker I look for water too.
FYI, Rifle, CO, has a great rest area. We've used it many times. They have a dump station and water. Yes, there is a sign saying No Overnight Parking, but everyone does. Trucks even line the entrance road. We were even visited by Jehovah's Witnesses one morning while parked there. It was cool seeing the kids coming down to the CO River to fish in the morning and evening.
Hi Nikki l love you you always put a smile on my face all the time. It a hard time the last month my wife of 52 years passed away and you have helped me through it
I once had a beagle that rolled in Blue Heron poop and I thought that was the worst thing ever… now I’m glad that all he rolled in was Blue Heron poop.
This video is well timed, I’m watching it from a Love’s and my personal record of 5 Love’s stops in one day. Also hit a Planet Fitness where I forgot to bring in my toiletries. Learned the hand soap works great as body wash, shampoo AND conditioner in a pinch lol. Safe travels and high five Nikki!
I always keep dog wipes handy for my girl, in the event someone leaves their nastiness around for my girl to get into. The coconut scented ones smell great.
I would like to say I just lost my sidekick Gia a week ago she was 13 and was in pain. I miss her every day. Camper looks like her. I once did a journey of 1820 miles in 26 hours on a motorcycle. Here in Central Oregon wife has a donation only RV spot and dog park. But due to winter we are closed as it is hard to continue clearing the snow covered driveway everyday. I love you humor and video/music comps. Thank you for the memories. I have driven all around the US as a young adult.I love travel.
Some Love's has RV slots. If you don't want to pay to camp you can just fill up with water - forgiveness is easier than permission. DEF is much cheaper at the pump available the truck fueling islands than in the Bule Rhino box. Recently we Boon Docked from UT to FL. How about a video on Service A and B, do you do you own oil changes and tire rotations? It's not that difficult as it looks.
Rain-X does wonders for cleaning and protecting your vehicle glass. Make sure you have enough anti-freeze in your system, check weekly. Have you considered putting washable seat covers on the van seats? I'm hoping that your cousin Sarah could meet up with you sometime in the coming year. Happy travels Nikki.
Been doing the same. Me and my boy doc (16 year old black lab) only difference is my work was very physical and have damaged my back. Company is fighting me for L and I. But we make it work and watch the channel for motivation and inspiration.
Oh Camper and Rodney are so precious. Nikki I hope you had more than the one meal you showed us, as I know you forget to eat. Loved the reaction when the dogs knew where they were and got to run to their grandparents lol lovely meeting up with family, happy birthday to you dad and sister. Nikki you looked so happy holding the baby x
Love your videos!! This video this time though I did not hear half what you said. Lol i had to rewatch it and crank the volume. Just wondering if anyone else did or it was me??
I can never get over Camper. When I look at his cute face knowing you found his abandoned in a desert, and now he lives this awesome life. It just warms my heart.🥰
love dog or kitty breathand you nikki!!!!

Great advice!
Pilot,Flying J, TA, Loves all treat their fuel during the winter season.
Better to be safe then sorry and I'm a truck driver that doesn't want to be on the side of the road because I didn't want to over treat my fuel
Good info
Def blue is piss for reals
0:44 This is why we all love you SO MUCH, Nikki!!
Both your dogs look really happy. That tells me everything.
LOVE this video, Nikki! We're so glad you were able to stop by, and we hope you enjoyed your travels. Stay safe out there!! ❤💛🧡
Thanks!

I love it too. I’m a school counselor and I wear it to school sometimes. It gives a chill vibe too.
I'm sure they stick around for the whole story and don't walk away after 10 seconds like any normal person would
I love your P.M.A. you always retain a positive mental attitude even when situations arise that would make most people upset or feel overwhelmed.
Seriously. Losing the wallet and she took it like a champ
@@citigirlcountrified1927 Got the wallet back though.
i haven't watched in so long. what a beautiful new pup!!!
Thanks for the wonderfull year you all gave us, and thanks for all the animals you help, have a beautyfull end year and a wonderfull new year Nikki !!!
The pups adore their grandparents, so sweet. A long trip but definitely well worth it

Palisade is my home.. I own a home building business there for 30 years.. Glad to know you were cruising by 👍
Overnight camping in rest areas means no setting up tents or sleeping on the ground,I've never been told to leave
for sleeping in my auto
State troopers probably drive through everyday. If you stay more than one night they'll probably kick you out.

What a lovely channel! Just discovered it. The best part was all that love & excitement when the pups saw their grandparents & aunty ❤❤❤
Thank you!!!!! I agree, they were sooooo happy :-)

So it can get squatted in while she's on the road?
17:02 - "It is cold out there!" in sandals 😆

Loves truck stop should also sponsor you for all the positive reviews you give them..
I really love your sweet little friends!
I actually really enjoy the vids of your everyday life, Loves truck stops and finding a place to sleep. I don't know, fascinates me.
GOD BLESS YOU Nikki, and thanks for shareing
Holy Cow! 6 years! I remember the first first video I saw was the one where you lifted your vehicle.
People dumping on the ground is such trash behavior and its going to ruin it for themselves and the rest of us.
Pigs 🐖
Trash Behavior never heard of it
Next you'll be saying treasure Behavior never heard of that neither

They are already talking about a National Camping Ban off Campgrounds.
Nikki Delventhal You Are Truly An Amazing Spirit!!🔥🐐🐐💎
My granddaughter is 3 and she named a dog Closet and the other one is Sofa lol glad to see it is a quirky intelligence that got her there lol
Your videos make for excellent company when hungover, Camper and Rodney are little legends.
Thank you Nikki for a year of wonderful videos!! You're just an awesome beautiful young lady!! All the things you do for animal shelters and rescues is definitely to be admired!! The quality of Def from the pump is bad. You will damage the DPF filter system by using low quality def.
love the view out the window at the end , in the uk if you buy a coffee at the truck stop, you can keep going back to fill up.
Awesome to see your mom and dad, Nikki!

Will be checking out the merch☃️
So cute that Camper knew he was at his grandma and grandpa’s house!!! ♥️🐾♥️🐾
Nikki, Mom, Dad, Camper, and Rodney, y'all rock! Hope y'all had a Merry Christmas and have Happy New Year! Peace ❤

I admire you nikki for having the balls . To do what you do!

Love's is awesome the best truck stop. I'm in my fourth year of van life and I'm driving around the entire country. Hi from AZ. 🤗
2:42 hypnotized by the gas station sign
I drove the route you're on about 6 months ago. It was absolutely gorgeous!
On the road in nice weather with a couple cute doggos sounds pretty sweet to me
Hello Miss Delventhal. Thank you very much and have a great new 2025 year!! You are a beautiful person.
Selling socks while not wearing any. Priceless. Except for the last morning dog walk but, then it appears they came off immediately.
Nikki! Your vids always brighten my day! What do you feed your pups?
I always keep dog wipes handy for my girl, in the event someone leaves their nastiness around for my girl to get into. The coconut scented ones smell great.
When Dashboard Rodney is in his position on the dashboard, it makes me LOL.
I think all Colorado rest stops are no overnight, although it looks like enforcement is fairly lenient as you appear to not be the only one.
I could totally watch Nikki’s video all morning 😊
I would like to say I just lost my sidekick Gia a week ago she was 13 and was in pain. I miss her every day. Camper looks like her.

Happy Holidays @Nikki Delventhal!! You are my hero, thank you for all you do!! 🤙🏻🥰

Good morning! Nikki 😊 Happy Holidays!
Here's to happy days, pups, and family. I love your merch! Thanks for restocking!

If you go where the semi’s fuel you have free air and water in every pump by the windshield wash buckets.
Thanks for that tip!
That water is not potable.
Love this. Recently discovered your RUclips and love your content.

You couldn't have packed more life and work into one day.I'm
exhausted ! Your organization and tenacity makes you sparkle thru every challenge.
That's hilarious how Rodney chills on the dash.😂
Rodney is just too cute. My heart is melting. 😅❤
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Nikki, Camper and Rodney! Enjoy your family time!!! 🎉❤❤❤
Happy birthday! Glad you made it safely to your parents!
Nice to be back on the road with the guys. Two door bells at the truck stop resulted in a few minutes of loud barking here.
Been doing the same. Me and my boy doc (16 year old black lab) only difference is my work was very physical and have damaged my back. Company is fighting me for L and I. But we make it work and watch the channel for motivation and inspiration.
I cant believe you started in a Prius!! I am lucky to have a minivan
I feel like this is an unexpected pleasure because it was the holidays. ❤ happy new year Camper and Rodney oh and yeah, you too Nikki.
You need oil in the pan first helps the butter not to burn as fast
Oh Camper and Rodney are so precious. Nikki I hope you had more than the one meal you showed us, as I know you forget to eat. Loved the reaction when the dogs knew where they were and got to run to their grandparents lol lovely meeting up with family, happy birthday to you dad and sister. Nikki you looked so happy holding the baby x
Van life can be a burn out and also for viewers watching. But keep on doing what you do, you Mother Trucker...Nice seeing your family...travel on !!
I bet the Luv’s is pretty safe as the truckers look out for each other.
Love your videos!! This video this time though I did not hear half what you said. Lol i had to rewatch it and crank the volume. Just wondering if anyone else did or it was me??
the dog rolling in the grey/black tank water is sadly something that has happened to me too LOL
Noooo!!! The WORST!!!! 😂🤦🏻♀️🐶
Glad you got to see the family! And glad the merch is back! I missed out last time. That shirt is so cool!
Nikki you got a lot of courage living in your van for now 6 years...
You're too cool. Love your vibe!
Wait what? Where's the Prius? Congrats Nikki!
Hey Nikki, Camper, and Rodney. I love you guys. And I always enjoy watching 👀 to see what y'all get into.
Nice! Happy holidays to you and your doggies! ❤
Felices Fiestas ❤❤
Thanks
