I was REALLY hard on NXT after they rebranded and went "rainbow." Hearing stories about HBK and Trips doing hands-on work with young talent makes me happy because I freakin' LOVED the OG black and gold NXT. I miss it, but actually developing young kids instead of just rebranding indy talents to the "WWE way" is obviously a much better process for the company's future.

A lot of people criticize AEW when they should be praising it. AEW has shown the world that some wrestlers got a lot more left in them, like Cristian cage and some wrestlers just need an opportunity like Swerve. We need an alternative for wrestlers, and AEW is growing into that.

It's becoming what WCW was when they started extending WWE wrestlers careers. Same thing happened in TNA eventually. At the very least they are building(for now) Swerve, and Wardlow and MJF. But they're failing others who COULD be further grown stars there like Keith Lee, Jay White, Miro, Malakai Black, etc.
