    love this bag had it 11 years. She is worn out. 30 years as a union Tinknocker. Best bag I have ever had. However 11 years ago I paid 29.99 for this bag. Now they want 79.99. Hell no I will just fix my old one up. If you want a nice bag with easy access. Go for it. However 80.00 NFW

    Just bought this bag today. I like that I can take out the center organizers if I want. Lots of pockets, heavy duty and easy to carry.

    I am not a plumber. I restore classic cars, and I work in information technology as a career, however, a rigid sink and faucet installer is one of my most favorite tools. I do do plumbing work around my house as well as for friends, and this is by far one of my most useful tools when it comes to plumbing. While watching your video, I was wondering if you were going to have one.

      I couldn't agree more. It is easily one of my most used tools. Thanks for the comment!

    I am a pretty new plumber started 7 weeks ago. I am interested in this tote and your video went over it very well. Would be interested in seeing how you set up your soldering bag. I just use one of the bags that came with my Dewalt drill. I put my bags on a dolly and carry them around that way.

    Thank you for showing all the tool ideas. The Ridgid faucet tool is a nifty tool! It’s so much easier to use two hands while tightening a faucet. I’m assuming you don’t store the purple primer in the bag because it’s messy.

      I live in Canada so we use abs which means no purple primer!

    Veto tech xl for me all day every day. It's strong and rugged. I'll never go back to a tool tote. I also brought a velocity pro gear rogue 6.0 bag. Only time will tell, but it seem just as good quality as my veto.

      That's awesome. I'd love to see your setup. There aren't too many videos on Veto Pro Pacs set up for plumbing.

    Im a fan of Maximum and Mastercraft screwdrivers and nutdrivers. And I'm into electrical, do you think they're reliable or should i stick with klein only. I'm going to become an apprentice electrician soon.

    Why do you use metric hex keys, and do you prefer the Irwin pliers over channellocks?

    • @plumbtech5800
      @plumbtech5800  6 лет назад

      I don't use the metric hex keys all that often but they come in handy once in a while so I just leave them in my bag since its only a small set.
      And yes I do prefer the Irwins. I've since purchased 2 pair of Knipex Cobras to replace these, but they work in a similar way and I prefer that style over the typical Channellock.

      Joseph Rose I used to be a big fan of channel lock channel locks but I found that the Irwin channel locks are so much better I've been a plumber and a Tradesman for 35 years these Erwin's are so much better than the channel lock brand

    I turned my outdoor water on at the source inside, and water comes out even with the outdoor tap shut. Do you know what's wrong? It worked fine last summer.

    • @plumbtech5800
      @plumbtech5800  6 лет назад

      It's possible that one of the washers inside the valve is letting water through and needs to be replaced. Or perhaps the whole tap needs to be replaced. It's hard to say without seeing it.
