I watched this 3 times and didn't hear her say she slept with her keys on. She probably was sitting up, not trying to lie down or sleep because they were both playing dueling loud music.

So my upstairs neighbor plays music loud, then cranks it even louder to take a shower, bath the kids, vacuum. And so she is out on her balcony every hour smoking pot and cigarettes' and the smoke fills my kitchen. Hot summer, windows open. Her landlord is now receiving fines of $200.00 for each offense. Not just once, every time she lights up her landlord will get a fine of 200, if she lights up 10 times, it is 200 times 10, same with the stereo.
Dude, you’re the entiled one. She’s on her BALCONY, so if it’s coming into your kitchen, then maybe close the window. I get complaining about the loud music, but that’s what happens when you live in an apartment building and not a house
Have you tried complaining to management instead of the internet? Lease violations are lease violations; bring it up at a tenant's meeting or report her to the association in charge.

That tenant was violating the lease. There is no way they did not know not to play loud music or not to smoke on the property. So wouldnt that tenant be considered an ass as well for breaking the lease agreement ? @PrincessZaire100
