    Do you have any suggestion to help with shoulder strain from holding the pads.

      Not really TBH, it may be more suitable to have a chat with a medical proffessional on that one mate, but good luck with training and all the best for 2024 🦅 Team Valour Strike

      There can be multiple reasons for that. But what I feel is that... Your shoulder muscles are getting worn out by taking continuous shock. So avoid attending multiple fighters at a time. For example let's say you are going 2-3 rounds of pad work with fighter 1 then take some break and go for fighter 2. This will help your shoulder muscles to recover from the shocks. Besides train your shoulder and back muscles a little bit more. Try to engage your core while receiving the hits... As your core will help you to stabilize your entire body.
      Last but not least tip :- if you are feeling strained in the shoulder tell your fighter to go easy on you as we are there to train them ... If they want to hit harder there are punching bags in the gym.
      Personally I follow these tips. I hope it works for you too as well
