Vascular malformations involving the eyes and brain

I was diagnosed with brain venous anomaly. I constantly have L eye, head, ear pressure. L eye is mostly contracted with cloudy patches besides neck, back pain. I had cataract surgery con both eyes & vision is worse. Suggestion please.
