    Can you do a video on what could cause a comorbid third nerve palsy, with ptosis, Apraxia, diplopia, and alternating intermittent exotropia and anisocoria? More specifically - rarer causes when "neurodegenerative" diseases are ruled out and MRI's/CTs are "normal." Not asking for a diagnosis. And don't worry, definitely not asking for a family member who's stumped multiple neuro-opthalmologist. 😵‍💫🫠 Just a curious George over here🥺
