Man, really nice settings... i work since 15 years as a wedding photographer and struggle with a lot of the aspects wich u solve really clever for the a9 iii - thanks!
Best Video out there on custom settings. Especially the 1,2,3 on the dial. However, I have not found this video in searches for custom buttons. I found it accidentally actually. You may want to include Custom settings in your title. Thanks for sharing.
Great video 👏 I recently got the a9m3. I don’t seem to be getting fast bursts. It’s taking 2 seconds to get 28 fps. Any recommendations on settings to get the fast burst?
@@JasonVinson183 I’ve been using the Sony GM 16-35 mk1. It may need a firmware upgrade. The other is the sigma 14-24 art lens. When I shoot in NR mode it can do the bursts up to 32 frames. But not in regular mode
@@videodrome5 ya I'd imagine the 16-35 would need an update and then no non native lens will be fully supported in terms of speed and features. So that's probably the issue.
I have an a scenario where I want to shoot single frame but on quick occasion I want to do a burst of shots at 5 frames per second. I cannot find a way to do this. Either I have multiple frames per second setting on or just single frame. I cannot find a way to combine them with custom settings. I thought I could use single frame using the dial setting and then hold the C5 button to get multiple frames per second but that does not seem to work. Any ideas if this is possible.
@@abedj1220 yes! In the video when I walk through setting up the special focus buttons. You can use the same technique to setup and custom button to change the drive mode as well as select which drive speed you want to be activated. You can also make it so drive mode is the only thing changed. This should work for what you are looking for! 🤗
@@JasonVinson183 Yes that is what I thought when I saw that part in your video. But I think this is not an option. when I put it into single shoot mode and push the C5 button, the message I get is this operation is not available as follows - Drive Mode - Single shooting.
