When I was working in Malacca about 30 years ago, my land lady used to cook this for me and her family. Miss it so much. Now I will cook it myself using your recipe. Tq
Sabrozoo! 😂 I realize that 10 Eurasians will have 10 different version of Curry Debal.. Some used the 7 Jewels (some call it the 7 Virgins!😂😂😂): Which is Chilli, Onions, Belachan, Lemon Grass, Galangal, Tumeric and candle nuts. Some people would add Mccormick Mustard powder, the people of Macau would add small morsels of salted fish. The curry Debal my mom and Grandma cook, has cabbage,& sausages in it. 😂😂😂
Yes, u r right, different families have different version of Curry Debal. I didn't put cabbage and sausage coz no one eats cabbage at home 😅😅😅 and we don't mix processed food in curries.
I use leftover Christmas turkey. sausages and roast potatoes. It's the perfect yummy way to do justice to Christmas leftovers. Can't wait!
Tqqqq y00 will tryy y000😅😅😅😅
Selamat mencuba 🌷

No vinegar ?
Yes there is. If you watch the video till the end, l added some vinegar to it just a few minutes before turning off the heat.
