  • This meditation is helpful for when you're experiencing a lot of physical sensation that accompanies anxiety. Learning to sit with the sensations, rather than pushing them away, can allow the sensations more space.

I suffer with panic disorder and this last flare up was so bad I was having panic attacks all day for weeks. It was truly debilitating, it was like my brain was stick in a cycle. I found this video as one started and I chose to sit through the attack. Your video broke the loop my brain was stuck in & every day since then I'm regaining control and getting my life back. Thank you so much for doing this

excellent! I'm loving all your videos. Your gentle presence helps my body/mind feel safe to drop in. Many yoga classes actually feel threatening to some parts of myself. It's so helpful to have a gentle approach rather than pushing and striving. thank you!

Hi Malia am really struggling right now with anxiety and panic attacks and my mind is so worried..
It's been going on for a while now.. the last few days I've been really difficult I have these outburst of crying like I can't cope with all these feelings.. am not sleeping that we'll.. it's like my mind says oh bedtime let's worry and I think will this ever end.
What is the best thing to say to a worried mind..

I found if the mind is trying to overcome something that it is gossiping with itself and the voices gets louder and the mind speeds up, its walking away from stillness.
