    I also want to add that it does go away! Try to accept the feeling and tell yourself it feels strange but it’s not harmful. As you go about your life, it will lift and things will feel normal again ♥️

    Thank you for sharing your helpful information to someone like myself who has PTSD. May I offer you a suggestion that was given to me years ago and it helped. Listen to your voice quality and volume: it sounds very childish. Perhaps you can learn to speak from the strong, wise woman you have within you!

    hello this might get lost in the comments but i just wanna share something about me. i am a 20 year old college student and i am studying fashion design. i am not clinically diagnosed with anxiety but with the symptoms (gagging ever second) and the constant thoughts and what i feel, my counselor told me it is possible i do have anxiety because of a certain pattern that happens to me during college. there are times that do get better once i overcome the fear of failure and not doing well in school, but when it happens, it hits me so hard. now i am that point of my life again where its the peak of my anxiety, im burnt out, and i never had so much sh thoughts as much as this time. i am fully self aware that this will pass but my brain is my own enemy and im very weak when it comes to that. thank you for this video, ive been playing it on loop while im doing my project and i feel hopeful again. i hope i get better, my days will get better, and i hope i would fully overcome this because its exhausting.

    😢 but even tho it’s fears in your mind why it feels like ya bout to die or feels like someone put witchcrafts on you like it do drive ripple crazy and they end up being in a mental home rehab place like I really need to calm down I don’t think medication helps

    This is great! Thank you for making this!! I have a suggestion though (an important one)! It would be way better/more helpful to not include sentences like "I am not losing my mind", because that'e exactly what the person will focus on and feel, the subconscious will take it as "I am losing my mind". Others like "I give myself permission to relax" are amazzing...

    I feel like it doesn't apply to me. My panic attacks are currently from things that are activly happening now, e.g. losing my job, might lose my appartment, not having money for gas to get to job interviews, having two cats I have to support because I love them and they are the only reason I have to stay alive. I try to bring myself to the here and now, and it just gets harder to breath because because I have no answers, and I can plan, and plan, and plan, but none of it is helpful until I have a paycheck that keeps a roof over their heads and food in their bowls.

    I am tensed in front of others. It is ok to talk to other. But sometimes i am very tensed sometimes. Can stay positive and achieve my dreams. I am always engaged. Doi needto consult a doctor.
