Found it on my way to the mangroves. I was just like, "huh, please don't eat me." At the same time, "Please give that mortar so I can blow this fish up and sell it along that bastard of a fish at Gale Cliffs."
@@goodgamech it requires open water to show up at high panic levels but it's always been able to do that, those 2 factors aligning just ain't a common occurrence

The leviathan is basically like the Red Sea from sea of thrives it means your near the edge of the map so turn around
