Raine is why it's not worth going to a concert. His voice is 100% gone. Lest we forget every album in the past 20 years. Man...
I say the singer has grown out of the nasaly hight tones lol he sounds good to me. Ppl saying his voice sounds shot are comparing this performance to the album. Damn good band. @3:22 after the guitar solo, its a beautiful part.
The fact that he struggles the whole song to reach to the original notes is something that crushes me. Funny thing is...the song is played in the original key while they should downtuned it to compensate the lower register in his voice.
Love OLP but Raine seems to have given up on the nasaly falsetto for some reason. 20+ years ago they sounded like their albums, but he really seems to be having trouble with it in recent live performances. Could be a bunch of reasons. Just growing out of the voice maybe, but I can hear him whip it out a few times here. Hope it's nothing serious.
Good money says his singing style wasn’t great for his vocal chords and they are simply shot. It’s a shame too as they have some great old stuff

The instrumentals are the best I’ve ever heard them, but man does Raine sound like shit.
Raine has aged amazingly in terms of looks, but his voice is so shot that it kills what should be a great performance.
Bring back Mike Turner. The band hasn't made one good album without him.
