    • @Katyahbib
      @Katyahbib 4 месяца назад +17

      I know if a child doesn't want to see a specific family member like, for example, apparent in which the courts think you should see because they think oh a child needs to see their mother or a child needs to see their father and they need to know who those people are in their life period like if. A child is saying I don't like Mommy. I don't want to visit her or I don't like daddy. I don't want to visit her like. They should take that more serious and ask. Why is it because he's not letting you do whatever you want? Because you're a rebel child or is there a really scary reason why you shouldn't go see that specific parent because that specific parent isn't treating you well enough. Or isn't treating you the way you should be treated. I mean seriously the courts and stuff need to listen more closely to the child before they accuse the child of just being a bad child and misbehaving. Time and time again i've seen things like this. I mean there's many cases where the child doesn't want to see that specific parent but nobody listens until something bad happens and then they go oops. We could have prevented this. Why didn't we listen to the child sooner when the child said no I don't want to go see that parent. Yes, it is true that there are many times where a child says they don't want to see that parent. And they are just misbehaving because that child isn't seeing the parent who is more strict than the other parent and the child wants to be a rebel and not listen to the stricter parent. But come on, there are some actual real cases where it's too little too late. Where they didn't listen to the child and Bad things happened. I could see what those Bad things are cause there's many Different kinds of Bad things but I think you get it.

      @@christinesalyer600Unfortunately, most family courts are geared towards giving the mother full or almost full custody of the child. All the fathers are treated like deadbeats, even though thats rarely the case. There are plenty of mothers, however, that just want to squeeze out kids and force the father to pay a lifetime of child support, purely so they can leech off of him and get paid the interest. So yes, some people just don't deserve to be parents.

      The problem is you have so many parents who play games and try to turn their kids against legitimately good mothers/ fathers out of spite that it's hard sometimes for outsiders to tell what's going on for sure.
      It's even harder when people aren't being honest about the abuse they're suffering. If these kids would've brought those pictures to their mom's attention, that probably would've been their ticket out of that situation. Unfortunately, the courts have to do with what they’re dealt with had the courts known about those pictures. They would’ve denied any visitation with his father. He never would’ve been forced to go there again. Photo shopped her otherwise he was still in the pictures and he admitted on Dr. Phil that he made them so that would’ve ended any custodial visitation whatsoever until Dylan was of age and made his own decision on it. Unfortunately, they chose not to say anything. And I am in no way blaming the boys they were boys and they were shocked by what they saw and I’m sure disgusted and repost. It’s bad enough when you see that stuff and it’s a perfect stranger to have it be your supposedly father that’s supposed to be a young man’s idol so I can imagine the turmoil that that caused inside of them. But the courts need to do a better job of investigating the reasons. Why if there’s a child who previously didn’t have any issues spending time with his parents, and then all the sudden absolutely Does not want to go over and over there has to be a reason and the courts need to learn to pick up on that and be better investigators. If it means they have to suspend visitation until they figure out the Y then that’s what it needs to be.

      to be honest, unless they can test the blood, it could be Mark's. People hurt themselves every day in there homes. There still was not any concrete evidence to say that mark killed his kid. Sure he was acting weird, but any man could be in a bad mental state when there child is missing. When they found the skull, with the blunt trauma maybe could be considered good evidence, but maybe the kid fell during his hike to get away from the poop man, and he hit his head in a fall. T-he Lie detector test is pretty damning but there could be reasons he does not want to use it mainly he didn't want to be outed for his fetish on live tv. As for his other son, and wife, bad blood will make a villain out of any one. Once there the bad guy in the relationship( and lets face it his fetish would make him a weirdo to his wife and son and probably despised for being not normal) it would be easy to start thinking he was a killer. I personalty think the fetish was the main reason they wanted to railroad this guy, there was no murder weapon, no real evidence of struggle save the blood, that was never tested. A lot of circumstantial evidence, and just pure witch hunting. Showing the texted and the crying mother on the stand is there to tug on the hart strings of the jury( classic tactic in law mainly used when the hard evidence is lacking). Alot of this seems like a witch hunt. Now you ask, why was Mark(poop man) acting so weird about everything? Well one, if he did not kill his son, Grief, makes a person a mental wreck. 2 and i think this is the main reason he was acting strange, Is his fetish. He didnt want anyone knowing about it. Say he and his son had an argument about it and the son ran off in to the woods as kids tent to do in a fight. He would have to tell police the reason for the fight and they would know hes lying if he didnt tell the truth. No one wants to say i had a fight with my kid about my poop fetish. Right there most people would think your a monster( you can tell this already by how the narrator makes it seem like Marks fetish was something REALLY bad, but ask a lot of the German sex work community and you will find a lot of people are into poop stuff). So thats my two cents. A man is railroaded in to the murder of his son because he had a strange fetish( and i think this DA knew about it and was bound and determined to think he was guilty because he was a "Weirdo"/monster). A lot of this case was forced imo, but hey i could be wrong and the guy killed his son, and deserved everything he got. Again i think it took 10 years to get this guy because no evidence, so they forced it.

I bet Mark didn't even want him there. But, instead of just saying 'don't come here' he allowed it and then took out his own frustrations on an innocent child that came across the deviant acts of this father. Congratulations. Please take parenting classes if you can. People do not know what it is like to walk the floor with a screaming baby all night, especially when the are newborns and you can't figure out why they are crying. Is it hungry, is it sleepy, is it hurting somewhere? It is the most frustrating thing, and the parent or both parents are dog tired with trying to keep up with work and everything. And this goes triple if the new parent/parents don't have any help. This is the reason for shaken baby syndrome, people feel so helpless and react emotionally. Child care classes will teach you to stop, lay the baby down on the floor or anywhere safe, and walk away until you can calm down. The baby will likely still be screaming, but at least it will still be alive. Wishing your new family much joy and happiness.

      @@ginahoward5261 I agree the courts pushing reunification is a terrible idea. They need to see the whole picture, & if the kids are of a certain age, simply asking them…”do you want to see mom/dad?” should make a huge difference in custody/visitation. They can speak & think for themselves. Making it fair for both parents is sometimes just not feasible. And no one, not even courts, should force a kid to do anything they don’t want to. 🤷🏻‍♀️
