Thats the KEF R3, not reference 3.
Both beautiful speakers.
I have listened to this song a thousand times and I know the bass in that song is not as thin and shallow as being presented in that speaker.

These are not the Reference 3.
R1, R3, R7 are all among Kef's new "reference series" of speakers. It's what the R stands for, lol.
Why are so many people pointing this out, like it's some kinda "gotcha"

They got the R series and the Reference series, which are not the same (!!!).
The Reference 1 looks like the R3, both are bookshelf speakers.
The R11 looks like the Reference 5, having 4 woofers.
The R1 does not exist and the R7 is a floorstander with 2 woofers, while there is no 'Reference 7'
R-series is cheaper and made in China (yet still above Q-series and extremely good sound)
Reference is their top line (except blade and muon), being made in the UK.

Metal drivers don't necessarily mean they sound metallic. Though I've heard other brand's aluminum drivers that sound harsh and overly bright. Not kefs tho
Don't like kefs. Best for me when speakers has paper drivers.
Which ones have you heard in person, out of curiosity?
I've only had the q150 and q350 .. They aren't overly bright and fatiguing like Klipche aluminum drivers .. Very natural and detailed... To each their own though.
Do certain people buy speakers for how they sound or how much they are now 😂😂
These speakers aren't even that expensive in the big scheme of audiophile favorites. 2 or 3k is a drop in the bucket, when people are showing off their 20-50k speakers ...
You get what you pay for with Kef.

That's because you're listening to it through your phone/pc speakers lol(meaning you're hearing your own speakers moreso than the ones in the vid). Try listening in reallife, you'll quickly change your mind.
