I think for Izzy will be nice if you use the 2015's Mazda MX-5 because it is the closest car that resembles Mazda RX-8 (after all it is still Mazda). Also no Bull? You could have used the Mercedes AMG GT as alternative for the Mercedes SLR McLaren plus this car according to the files uses a sound from Mercedes SLR McLaren (except the supercharger noise like the NFS MW 2005 one). For Taz I think the S15 might be the closest to a Lexus IS300 (but it will be too weird).
Again besides Razor's Mustang you could do Jewels's too. For other Blacklists I'm not sure which one fits here. Like Sonny maybe MK1 Golf (but it will be weird) and for others no idea. But after all you can remake them in NFS Payback/Heat better (some of them).
