Cause that’s what made sense in my head. The more cold air you can get into the block the more power you have especially good because the P40 was naturally aspirated. Favorite memory is watching you finish the turbo install on the 335i. The look on your face for the first start up reminded me of the first time I swapped a cam on my C6 and hoped to god the car would actually start without some horrible expensive noise. It's a great feeling.
Dope! Im hyped for this build bro! My favorite memory of this year was fully rebuilding my 07 550i bmw. 4.8L N62 V8 i fully rebuilt the engine and transmission to bare block/bare-case and replaced just about every single part, every gasket, all bearings (con-rod, crankshaft bearings etc) it was a super fun build and very insightful on how BMW builds their engines.

Last year, my favorite moment was reaching the summit of this stunning mountain at sunset. The air was crisp, and I could smell wildflowers. It was just perfect, and I felt so grateful in that moment.
Man said the fuel filler is a random exhaust port 😭😭😭 the m3 gtr is a homologation special. It’s basically the road going version of the gtr that actually raced, hence the pg40 v8 that only came in the gtr. Basically the blue print for the v8 m3 that followed. Hopefully you do this car justice.
true story: From 2015 till 2018 I was part of the axel development team in Garching near Munich, Bavaria at BMW ///M. One of my engineer colleagues was that guy who was the responsible head engineer of the E46 M3 GTR project. Asking him about some background stories he told me that only 2 dirveable proto types were build and both got disassembled when it was clear that the M3 GTR project was stopped. He also showed me the whole paper work documentary of this project. Was an honor to meet this guy.

It made me realize how great of a community you have here, that you trust us with that information and allow yourself to be vulnerable. It meant a lot considering that I have a family member that has also had brain surgeries. My personal favorite memory this year has been buying my first house and owning my dream car (Nissan 370Z) at 24 years old!

My favorite memory for me was when my friends came down to visit me. They used to live here but moved to New York City so it is not often I get to see them. We had an amazing week
funny enough buying and driving my 2005 325i e46 in april 2022 was my best memory, it was my first car and I loved it. $3000 in repairs later the car isnt fully fixed yet, its daily drivable and thats what i was driving daily till 6 months later, I ended up rear-ending somebody who brake-checked me in the middle of a green intersection and that was the end of my e46.
My favorite moment of the year is when I finally got my mustang GT after 6 years at least of trying and 20 years of dreaming your a goat keep up the amazing videos and for sure when you got the bmw I felt like you learned so much with the n54 amazing content like always 🎉

It was overheating the next morning but looked great after cleaning it lol then I bought a e53 for $1800, it had so many vacuum leaks and needed cats but it looked great too after cleaning it. Fixed it and now my dad has it.

Hello man I'm from La Habana, Cuba too and that's my dream car since a was a kid. Is the most iconic car of us being kids and growing up and plant the seed for the love for cars in myself and others.
Just wanna point out that the holes in the back of the gtr was air vents for your rear fenders being so low an minimal space for rear wheel. Also helps with cooling of the breaks

the 2 side mufflers on the upper rear part of the fin were the hole for the fuel, being a GTR version it was designed for races and a quick refueling in the pits
That picture looked LS esque but if you do that you should go n/a with high rpms you’ll have a nasty 600 hp beast that still gets down with the same rpm limits as the original m3
My favorite memory is playing back again the need for speed most wanted 2005 with the legend bmw m3 gtr, something I didn’t know the m3 gtr existed in the real life and beat Porsche 7 times in the america le mans racing .
