    I recently left my full-time job to start a small art business. Art has always been a passion of mine, but I was unable to pursue it formally due to my parents' objections. Now that I've saved up, I'm taking a leap of faith and turning my dream into a reality. While I'm nervous about leaving a stable income and starting from scratch, I'm determined to follow my heart. I understand that there will be challenges, but I'm ready to learn and grow. Thank you for your videos and advice, Paperkoa! (૭ 。•̀ ᵕ •́。 )૭

    It is so inspiring to see "small" Creators who have successful business talk about their experience. I started selling my crocheted keychains a month back and it can be so easy to lose motivation. There are so many things going on in my mind regarding the prices, quality, if i am doing enough, if it is even worth it. Thank you for this video! It showed me that i shouldn't try to start from the peak of others. I need to do the work and reach my own peak and that isn't impossible

    Small business (jewelry edition!) here - your pieces are so adorable! I've been making jewelry for a year+ now, and I've only made $200ish in that time, though all of those have been friends commissions. Hopefully I can take your advice accordingly! ❤😅

    $200 in one month?? i still haven't made a single sale on etsy after almost a year ☠️

    • @paperkoa459
      @paperkoa459  3 месяца назад +6

      @@robzombie69 I personally find that relying on Etsy to market my art is not enough 😣 Only 10% of my sales come from Etsy and I bring in the rest of the sales from my social media accounts. If you can, I highly recommend posting your art on social media. It’s the easiest way to reach new people and drive customers to your Etsy shop. You can also try researching Etsy SEO to help your art show up better on search!

    I want to start my needle felting small business but then I'm afraid if I charge acording to the value, i won't get customers due to the time it takes, which is very long 😐 but i will try.

      @@ШмуэльГринштэйн If you’re not seeing results with selling your art online, you can also try doing in-person markets! Certain art mediums such as prints and stickers tend to sell better in an in-person setting. I’m positive there are people out there who will love your art! You just have to put yourself out there so people can find your art 💖
