You make removing the cable look easy.
Mine feels like it's glued in.
Use a hot gun/hair dryer to heat up the glue. Sometimes the plastics melt if your laptop vents are clogged. All the best! Do like my video and subscribe to my channel!

Apparently, my driver window said your battery has been experiencing a permanent failure. But the very next day I didn't get any error but a green tick. Been okay since then for now.
Anyway, I plan to add 8 GB RAM and 256/500 GB SSD to make it faster. Do you recommended it or not?

You said it can be tricky with these non OEM batteries. But the new one you installed looks just like the OEM one. Is it a fake OEM battery that's trying to look like the real thing? Is that a problem where a lot of those exist?
Basically it is a battery that's non-authroized by Dell. So we need to assume there's a bit of risk associated with the same.
Was your older battery 11.4 v or 11.1?

For Gaming, you should always use AC Power for effective experience. But the battery provides decent backup for entertainment, regular use.
