I can't believe that in 2021 I have to unscrew 15 bolts to get to the battery while 10 years before all I had to do was to push gently in one place with my finger to get access to battery instantly. Of course when I was putting it back some cable got tangled inside etc. etc.

My Dell Inspiron is some 9 y old and to remove a dead & replace with new battery takes no more than 35 seconds...and I am not a whiz kid in these matters. No need to take back off the computer...just slide old battery out and push new one in.The computer you show is far more complicated in the battery exchange process.

I used the model number of the laptop and typed that into the amazon search when looking for battery. My model number was found on the back. 0:26 mark I show the location.
