I think jaggery got overcooked that's why while you frying, it gets separated in oil. Remember one thing rice flour should be moist and fresh . cook jaggery for 3_4 minutes only and mix rice flour , keep flame low while adding rice flour.

Hello mam..I tried it today..taste was really good but I faced two challenges today 1) jab Mai pitha ko press karke utha Rahi thi toh vo uth hi Nahi Raha tha..tut ja Raha tha 2) chawal Ka mixture kafi mota lag Raha tha jabki Maine kafi Der tak grinder me grind Kiya use..Maine rice ko Dhone ke baad ek kapde me 2 hours ke liye sukhaya, jayada sukha Diya isliye kya ? Please reply kare mam so that next time aur bhi achha bane

Chawal ko kam se kam 8-12 hours ke liye bhigoye or fr use pani se nikal kar halka sukhaye 35-35 minutes ke liye ( dhoop me nhi sukhana hai) Aisa krne se chawal ka aata acha bnega or aata moist and fermented rhega, if chawal ka aata mota lg rha ho to use Chalni se chhan lijiye.
