This recipe video is for everyone like me who sometimes forgets to prepare something special for your loved ones. Busy times can lead to time stress, and you can't always whip up a whole cake for your family or friends. That's where these chocolate strawberries come in handy!
They're homemade, and with various toppings, they look and taste like luxury. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or celebrating small milestones, chocolate strawberries are a perfect gift for him or her. Let's be honest, who doesn't love chocolate? You can never go wrong with this recipe!
Ingredients:
Strawberries (about 50 g per Person)
Dark chocolate/white chocolate/milk chocolate (use what you like the most as a base and the other ones for decoration)
Chocolate nips/flakes/hearts
Freeze dried fruits (I used raspberries)
Nuts and seeds
Recipe:
Wash the strawberries and pat them dry. Let them fully dry on the counter until your chocolate is molten. I always melt chocolate in a microwave. Stop the microwave every 30 seconds and try to stir the chocolate to prevent it from burning. Cover the strawberries with a thin chocolate of chocolate (like in the video) and brush off excess chocolate. Put our toppings on top while the chocolate is still liquid. Let them dry for 10-20 minutes and pack them into a nice box or serve them on a nice plate.
