Good video, there is a setting on the gopro that gets rid of that fish bowl effect depending on the model called FOV. Or you can edit the video and select "Remove Fisheye"
Nice. What color? And what do you use for lat pull downs and Tri push downs? Didn’t see anything in your gym. Rogue make the attachment - not sure how if you have tried this.
Really nice rack! I’m planning on ordering a RM-6 shortly and a was wondering what distance you went with between the middle and the rear storage post?
Do all Monster accessories, such as the matador, have the UHMW protection on the insides? I know the ML Matador doesn't, so its metal against metal, I'm wondering were the price difference comes from, besides the 1" hardware for equivalent accessories. Thanks for the review!
Bro you have the nicest set up I have ever seen. What did that 3400 include? Did it include the the rack and the bench? Also how does that bench feel compared to a gym bench for incline bench press?
Thanks for the review. You convince me on Rogue products. I spent like 30 hours researching different racks. I was debating on Rogue R4 $1010 2x3 posts vs Fortis 4 $895 3x3 posts. R4 does have Westside spacing and Fortis 4 doesnt, regular 2" spacing. Both have 43" spacing. R4 has 5/8 holes and Fortis 4 has 1" holes. So Fortis 4 accesories are a little bit more expensive. I ordered the Rogue Fortis 4 for $895 plus shipping. Its 3x3 post, no westside spacing on it. I bought it bc of the 43" depth. For those who want the Titan HD the depth is only 24" and its $409 on Amazon w/ free shipping. Fortis 4 Rack doesnt look like it has to be bolted down, but if it does ill bolted down. The holes are 1" and I like that bc the Safety Strap 2.0 is meant for the Monster Series 1" holes and straps looks easier to use than the Monster Lite Straps meant for 5/8" holes. The Fortis 4 comes with the 2 safety pin pipe but I called Rogue and they said I could replace with Safety straps for extra $100. The rack also comes with standard monster J cup but I replaced with Sandwich J cups for extra $110. Sandwich J cups look like they would protect bar a little bit better than standard. The Fortis 4 Rack can be upgraded with plate storage for extra $350 and it comes with 8 storage posts. Im going to wait to to buy the extra storage. THANKS again for your video reviews. I watched most of your videos which are so helpful and I have subscribed. Derrick
I enjoy all of your product reviews and I absolutely love your gym! We share the same taste in equipment and color choices (my favorite color combination is red and black). I am working into setting up a home gym myself but just can't really afford to spend $3,000 of my $5,000 budget on just the monster rack itself. (I still have a $200 monthly gym membership as well) Do you still go to a crossfit gym or do you only train alone? If I may, roughly how much would it cost someone to have a dream garage gym like yours? Thanks for the reviews, you should be sponsored, and good luck with the new house.
Awesome set up! I'm pretty jealous. Just wondering why you went with the sornex safety strap system instead of the safety straps rouge makes since they are about $100 cheaper. I bent up the safety bars in my rack doing rack pulls so I've been looking to buy some straps thanks for your time
well I purchased the sorinex vrsion a few months before the rogue quick adjust version came out. plus I think the sorinex version looks a lot better with the Ferrari red and all. im sure they both work great and will never bend
well I hear the legs are rated for 25 tons but I have no way of testing that. the weak point is the j cups I would say they can hold a ton or two on their own though
the infinity 2" j cups are tested at 1000 lbs. The monster Js are an extra inch wider at 3" and the steel is thicker. so I would guess its significantly more than that
Hi great video im about to buy my rm4 monster rack thanks to ur review quick question how tall is ur celling hight im worried about mine only being 8foot in height and im about to buy the 100in rack any adivice on getting the 90in or 100in thanks
Hey Pando, would you share the very specific specifications. In the vid you mention that the length of the rack is about 30". Then the plate storage part must be 23"? Is that correct or is it more like 35" and then 18"? I am thinking of buying my own, based on your review. If you couldn't tell, lol. Oh and, would you change anything about it if you had the chance to order again?
Leo, if you don't mind me asking; what are your specs for the rear horizontal bars? i think this rig is bad ass! and would like to order the same setup, space is very tight for me i'm working in a area of 11x19 and i need to also put a monster ghd and a leg press from rouge....salamat kapatid
+Michael Carter I am curious too. Between shortening the main squating area from 43" to 30" and with shortening the rear horizontal bars that lead to the weight storage I'm hoping I can make it fit too.
Hey yes definitely wanted a red/black collegiate but they couldnt cut the rack down to size I wanted. The collegiate had 5/8 inch hardware and was only 11 guage steel. The rm6 was also taller and the shipping was faster as it arrived in 1 week. The safety strap option was also invaluable to me
Hi Leo, I am looking at getting either the Rogue Monster of the Monster Lite power rack (in my case either the RM-690 or RML-690). There is a pretty large price difference and for the most part I think the "lite" would be just fine. BUT . . . I cannot get the rev 2.0 safety straps on the Lite (only the Monster). Would you recommend that I bite the bullet and get the Monster? It is about $1000 more and I'm having trouble justifying. Can you help me out with your experience with your rack? Thank You, Tom
anon ymous im sure rogue will eventually come out with the v2 safety straps. im surprised it didn't come out yet as ML series has more options than the monster. anyways both racks will be more than capable of what anyone can throw at it. keep in mind the monster is 1000$ more and the accessories are also equally as expensive. if you really want the biggest and baddest go for the monster. but the ML will do you just fine and still have enough for a set of premium plates or a great bar (or 2)
Please answerme this question; can you adjust the height of the pull up bars (crossmembers etc)?. My apartment ceiling is high enough for this rack, but I'm 6'3 and I wan to able to do pull ups even if I have to bend my knees.
Leo Pando thank you so much for replying, and make my hopes go up again, I'll hit you up like a year from now because I'm trying to get almost everything at once.
Dude..... impressive garage gym man! RESPECT!! When can I sign up for membership. I am in the market for a power rack along the lines of yours, but dude, I want all the other kit you got too, it's badass man. My wife would divorce me cause I'd be always in it! All the way from outback Australia saying... Get after it!!
No offense, but guys you don't need to spend tons of money on weight lifting equipment. It's not rocket science. Look at the golden era of bodybuilding when they just had simple, but effective equipment. Nowadays, workout equipment looks like some medieval torture contraption.
+Hawkgts If you asked them back then if they wanted a rogue rack they certainly would so what your saying is irrelevant. Thats like me saying oh in 1910 they got by without internet just fine we don't need all these bells and whistles.
Hawkgts great insight don't need a Mercedes either a beat up Hyundai has four wheels and drives... Why do people get so upset when people buy nice stuff...... Rhetorical question.. Because they can't afford it
Amazing Gym, hideous lens choice.
Where can I get the straight version.
That's double the price lol
So this is the Gay version?
Lol
@@JuliaGarcia-di8vx yes if you want the non-gay version, contact me i sell them
I have the gay version of this thing. Very gay and very fruity
Good video, there is a setting on the gopro that gets rid of that fish bowl effect depending on the model called FOV. Or you can edit the video and select "Remove Fisheye"
This is the last piece I need for my gym. I have everything else from rogue. The gym is ready for the centre piece. I love it.
Bro, love the video! But what I love more is that customized slide bar you have your heavy bag on! NICE!!!
That Garage Gym is baddass. One of the best on RUclips.
Awesome setup! Which rack finish is this? It doesn't look like the "satin black" that's listed on their site.
Interested in the beams in your garage... You install them or came with the garage? What are the beams made of?
Nice. What color? And what do you use for lat pull downs and Tri push downs? Didn’t see anything in your gym. Rogue make the attachment - not sure how if you have tried this.
Is that the snorinex safety strap xl you got there?
Really nice rack! I’m planning on ordering a RM-6 shortly and a was wondering what distance you went with between the middle and the rear storage post?
14.5 inches storage and 30 inches
Do all Monster accessories, such as the matador, have the UHMW protection on the insides? I know the ML Matador doesn't, so its metal against metal, I'm wondering were the price difference comes from, besides the 1" hardware for equivalent accessories. Thanks for the review!
How much did you adjust the back part from 2 feet; where you store the plates?
so 30" depth for squats and bench is plenty for a 6ft 220 pound person? I've been looking at the 43" racks and now they offer 30" as a choice
Bro you have the nicest set up I have ever seen. What did that 3400 include? Did it include the the rack and the bench? Also how does that bench feel compared to a gym bench for incline bench press?
is the color black matte? or just normal black?
It's a badass setup, and the Street Fighter posters add that much more awesome to it.
I wish I had money for that rack! Rogue makes amazing stuff!
Why is it in Fisheye?
What were the dimensions on the floor platform that you had the power rack on?
Quick question: why did you go with the Sorinex straps rather than Rogue’s straps?

2006mrderrickh thanks for the kind words derrick! im glad my vids could help and give you more ideas in the future
how did you mount it on the floor? whats your floor?
Hey, very nice Setup!
May I ask what camera you're using? Gopro or fisheye lens?
Thanks
Hi Leo Pando! You have a very nice set up. Thanks for sharing. I wanted to ask you, what company did you order your bench from? Thanks in advanced.
How did u mount your heavy bag?
very cool, i think this is too big for my garage, and i may go for a smaller rack, as i got 2 bikes in the garage

What's the max load capacity that this rack can handle?
well I hear the legs are rated for 25 tons but I have no way of testing that. the weak point is the j cups I would say they can hold a ton or two on their own though
rnleopando Ok, are there not any official figures of the max load that can be placed on the J cups?
the infinity 2" j cups are tested at 1000 lbs. The monster Js are an extra inch wider at 3" and the steel is thicker. so I would guess its significantly more than that
thanks a lot!!

God do I hate you....so jelious...lol its the best home gym on RUclips iv seen
I'm jealous 😢
I'm jealous of your home gym. It is nice as F@#k!
What made you choose this over the Elitefts collegiate rack (as I am sure it is one of the options you weighed before your purchase)?
Hey yes definitely wanted a red/black collegiate but they couldnt cut the rack down to size I wanted. The collegiate had 5/8 inch hardware and was only 11 guage steel. The rm6 was also taller and the shipping was faster as it arrived in 1 week. The safety strap option was also invaluable to me
Mikeybz this actually is a bit more heavy duty same gauge steel but much larger bolts

yes you can, the crossmembers and pull up bar can move up and down both planes along the holes 2 inches up or down
Leo Pando thank you so much for replying, and make my hopes go up again, I'll hit you up like a year from now because I'm trying to get almost everything at once.
Wow that's a nice rack. Wish I had $$$ like that. I'm going to get a R3 but I don't think the old lady will let me get anything higher than that.
Where did you get your platform for the rack?
+Sean Gumm He made it himself i think he has a video on how he made it
+Chris R awesome. thank you!

Shawn Cahill I use up 20 by 20 sq feet

I used my impact wrench to put mine together lol
Nice gym man
That gym is beautiful.
$1900 - GetTheFOut. $500 rack works just as good.
Felipe Moses sure it does.. Lol. A yugo is as nice as bentley
martyjanderson this is not a car. No one is sipping champagne and being chauffeured in their Rogue power rack
It's 11Gage non 7 like you told
Tino Sciacca this is monster rm6 Version 1.0 Which is 7 gauge, they stopped making 7 gauge 2 years ago when version 2.0 came out.
Top Homegym !! Cool Equipment!!!!!!!
Nice setup...
Good stuff man
Nice vid! Subbed

MeliorIlle well im sure shes a nice lady and you still live with her (: thanks for trolling a vid 4 years old and three houses ago ;)
I live at Fort Lewis, Washington.
Cool vid, but please take off the fish eye lens next time. Its way too much.
Its not 7 gauge lmao. Its 11 my friend. If it was 7 that sucker would be so heavy
The first gen rogue monster racks were 7 guage. Similar to the higher end sorinex racks today
@@rnleopandoWow that must be stout as hell
You've disgraced that rack with those Wanker plates.
Um ...um....um... um... and ummm...um... .. beautiful gym though... umm thanks for good review... umm...cheers...ummm
