If you want to make the best Afghani soya chaap at your home for your loved ones, follow my recipe. It is finger-licking good!
Ingredients
To boil soya chaap
1/2 L water
1 tsp salt
250 gm soya chaap
For marination
12 - 15 cashew nut ( approx. 2 tbsp )
1 cube processed cheese
1/2 cup hung curd
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 garam masala
1/2 black pepper powder
salt to taste
black salt to taste
1.5 tsp ginger garlic and Green Chili paste
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp chat masala
To fry Afghani chaap
3 tbsp butter
3 medium size onion
1/2 medium size Capsicum
