repairing 10 year old STI brembo calipers helicoil pt.1

today we repair the front brembo calipers on my subaru wrx sti. the rebuild includes helicoil for thread repairs on the brembo calipers.

Omg so same problem. I was supposed to change the rotors and the boats on the caliper snapped. Tried to rethread them but it just became a huge mess. So now waiting for the new calipers 😢

Did you only change the caliper on one side?
