hey man, nice review! i just wanted to ask are these worthy upgrade from ew200? i will be really stretching the budget so i want to know that are they worth the extra 60$? and yeah as i told, main aim is gaming like CS2, apex.
If you're not sensitive to treble you can get EW200. Theyre the best under $50. You can also get something like cp100 tips to tame the treble a bit. For gaming though the EM6L offers better directionality. EM6L has better imaging and more clarity. What DAC do you have ?

I have a Fiio NewK3 DAC but you should be fine with a dongle dac like apple dongle or cx pro dongle. I don't recommend connecting this directly to your PC as it will not sound that good.

If you going to spend that much on a DAC. I recommend Fiio New K3. Its perfect for IEMs

Id get simgot em6l with apple dongle or cx pro.
put the spinfit w1 on these.. they improved my sound even more! very comfy and more spacious

Do use any 3.5mmadapter for this? Or u directly connect it to the pc

Yes sir. You can A and B test it. You will hear the difference.

It just makes it sound better, more clarity, and resolution compared to your motherboard's audio.
