Man, merkaba is usually performed by aggressive and intrusive people. If anyone can really perform all of it with all its edges clean&pure&stable, that's high-tech. But didn't see any!
I have two questions about the Merkaba if anyone here can help. What happens with the orientation of the star tetrahedrons and prana tube when you bend over or twist where your spine isn't straight? Also does anyone know the direction and speed of the disk that pops out on the 16th breath?
Read Living in the Heart by Drunvalo Melchizedek. He figured out how to activate the natural heart based Merkaba and this is taught in Awakening The Illuminated Heart workshops by teachers he trained. It is a permanent Merkaba (vs mental version that must be set up daily) if loved.
