It may come as no surprise that Canada currently lacks a cohesive and functional federal administration. In this vacuum of leadership, individual provinces have been compelled to engage directly with the United States, seeking their own economic accommodations. Notably, the Premier of Alberta has secured a partial exemption from the recent tariff measures a testament to the shifting nature of North American trade diplomacy. President Trump’s geopolitical priorities appear increasingly centered on consolidating American influence over the Western Hemisphere and the Pacific domain. Consequently, Europe may find itself relegated to a secondary position in Washington’s strategic calculus. If European powers wish to maintain geopolitical relevance, they must act with urgency to assert their autonomy and reinforce their strategic capacities.

What does the King say about losing Canada?
What did Canada do again?
American people are so sick of the world taking from us! Love President Trump! 💕🇺🇸💕🇺🇸💕🇺🇸💕🇺🇸💕🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💕🇺🇸💕🇺🇸💕🇺🇸💕🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Don't be surprised if the Canadians stop taking your F35s for a start

The feeling is mutual
We must declare independence from the US on Tuesday. We are just barely out of one colonial relationship and should not be forced back into a second one. We remain a member of the Commonwealth but no one here can see or feel any advantage to that relationship. Time to become a republic and look to the world for trade, not just to putting raw materials in a pipeline or the back of a truck and enriching the Americans.
needs to be a commonwealth free trade agreement
Well perhaps these tariffs will put an end to the ridiculous back and forth across the border of auto parts and materials. There is absolutely no need to have a supply chain where an auto assembly plant relies on a dozen plus cross-border transactions. Bring it home American automakers! 😂
They only move parts around because it's cheaper. The same thing happens in the EU. A part can cross several borders as components get built up in sub-assemblies and assemblies and ulimately cars.
We wont be paying but America will be paying so stop trying to scare us
What if they wack a massive tax on Jammie Dodgers?
Americans could get to like New Zealand's, Shrewsbury biscuits that are similar to Jammie Dodgers.
Why haven't we been doing that in the past years.
And they said china was the problem?
they think there would be a war they would fight and win but in truth the loyalty of their troops would turn around and say no. I prefer this guy. (talking about me)
Tariffs could be used as a tool impacting world economies - Everyone is cooked 😆
TARIFFS: To Add Rifts In-between Faithful Friends...TARRIFS!
Yall cornteeth ready to pay up?
Let’s be real, it’s going to happen. With Farage brown nosing Trump saying how it’s deserved.
"Team Canada" does that involve taking peoples bank accounts away?
UK doesn't run a trade deficit with USA though...
Canada has been closed to business for a long time, your Excellency. This is a self-inflicted wound. Same for the UK and other vassals of London in the so-called commonwealth and around the world.
BARF!
TRUMP HAS ALREADY DONE A MISTAKE HE WILL NOT DO ANOTHER 😂
Mexico and Canada need to team up against trump. Their combines wealth would make them a formidable aponant.
😂🤣
Everyone acting like tariffs are a death sentence. They're not a new thing.
When people lose their jobs and can't pay their bills. That's why.
Agree and truth is Canada has tariffs on American poultry and few other things already. Fact. Canada acting like what we do. It's disgusting
Cannot wait to leave the UK and join a strong nation like the US
no doubt just said to get a reaction , poor soul
Who would want another leftist, socialist state?! We have enough of our own problems to deal with.
Western provinces are all pretty much conservative.
Lower mainland B.C. is kinda like Seattle.
BREXIT = UK INDIPENDENCE COLLAPSE
UK is gonna be next and they are gonna like it.
Doubtful.
😂😂😂 UK is 100% Anti-Trump
Yo Canadians, y u sucking upto them like this even after hit like this👀 look at this guy. No sign of backbone . “Bit of a trolling, from president” wth 🤦
BS, Canada has had strong central leadership through this, except for Alberta! Danielle is the only outlier because all she is really interested in is selling Alberta oil! Do not defend her to the rest of Canadians, please.
Brexit mess
